Getting started
What is EliteCourt Pro?
Software for running basketball tournaments: registration, rosters, pool and knockout fixtures, live FIBA-style scoring, and public results pages. It is built for organizers, coaches, table staff, and players — and for the parents and fans who follow along. You run the event; we provide the tools.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Court plan is free for events with up to 8 teams — enough for a house cup or a first live-scoring weekend.
How do coaches register a team?
Through the organizer’s registration link or flyer, or an invite in their inbox. The coach claims the team and adds players with jersey numbers. Entry fees go straight to the organizer by UPI or phone — not through EliteCourt Pro.
Which formats are supported?
Basketball 5×5 and 3×3 on FIBA-style scoresheet layouts, with pools, knockouts, several age and gender divisions in one event, and multiple courts.
Is EliteCourt Pro an official FIBA or federation sanction?
No. We provide the software and FIBA-style scoresheets. Eligibility, referees, venues, and any sanction stay with the organizer and their association.
Game day and players
Do parents and fans need the app to follow games?
No. Fixtures, live scores, box scores, standings, and stat leaders are on public web pages you share as one link — no download or sign-up. Coaches and players sign in only to manage rosters and see their own schedule.
What does the scorer need at the table?
A phone or tablet with the EliteCourt Pro Android app, or a web browser. The organizer adds them as table staff for the event. The console covers the game clock, fouls, timeouts, and substitutions, and every score updates the public pages as it happens.
What if the gym Wi-Fi drops mid-game?
In the mobile app, scoring keeps working: each action is saved on the device and syncs when the connection returns, with a banner showing how many are waiting. The web console shows that you are offline but does not save actions for later, so use the app on courts with patchy signal.
Do players keep their stats?
Yes. Every officially scored game adds to the player’s profile — points, rebounds, assists, and minutes — so a career history builds across tournaments. DigiLocker-verified players show a verified badge on rosters.
How are players’ personal details handled?
Organizers and coaches enter only what the event needs — names, jersey numbers, and contacts. For fair age categories, organizers can ask players to verify their name and date of birth with DigiLocker; we never collect or store Aadhaar. We never sell personal data, and you can ask us to correct or delete records. Privacy policy

Start a small cup free. Paid plans buy the full stack — scoring, public pages, flyers, WhatsApp — not only more team slots. Club ₹4,499 · Season ₹7,999 · Championship ₹12,999 · Arena ₹17,999 (per event, plus GST; same plan in the app). You keep entry fees. Circuit is yearly — contact us.
