Pricing

Start free for a house cup. Paid plans buy the full stack — live scoring, public pages, flyers, WhatsApp, and official scoresheets — not just more team slots. You keep every rupee of entry fees. Prices exclude GST — GST is added at checkout and you get a GST tax invoice. Circuit is yearly for associations — contact us.

  • You remain the event organizer: eligibility, referees, venues, and participant fees are yours.
  • We provide software (fixtures, live scoring, scoresheets, public pages) — not official FIBA sanction.
  • Prices per event, excluding GST: Club ₹4,499, Season ₹7,999, Championship ₹12,999, Arena ₹17,999.
  • Prices exclude GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and you get a GST tax invoice. With GST you pay Club ₹5,309, Season ₹9,439, Championship ₹15,339, Arena ₹21,239.
  • In the App Store and Google Play the price includes 18% GST and is rounded down to the store’s fixed price steps: Club ₹5,299, Season ₹9,399, Championship ₹14,999, Arena ₹20,999.
  • Circuit is a yearly organization plan quoted and invoiced by us — contact us; it is not an in-app purchase.
  • EliteCourt Pro plan fees are separate from any entry fee you charge teams. You keep entry fees; we do not collect them. Court stays free (up to 8 teams).

Questions organizers actually ask

Straight answers before you pick a plan — no sales script. Still unsure? Talk to us about a demo, or pick a plan on pricing.

Is the Court plan really free?

Yes for events with up to 8 teams. That is enough for a house cup or a first live-scoring weekend. Upgrade to Club (or larger) in the app or via invoice when you need flyers, WhatsApp, PDFs, or a bigger draw.

Are website and app prices the same?

Nearly. On the website Club, Season, Championship, and Arena cost Club ₹4,499, Season ₹7,999, Championship ₹12,999, Arena ₹17,999 per event, plus GST when you pay. App Store and Google Play sell only fixed price steps with 18% GST included, so in the apps each plan costs the nearest step at or below the website total: Club ₹5,299, Season ₹9,399, Championship ₹14,999, Arena ₹20,999. The app never costs more. Buying on the website gets you a GST tax invoice in your organization’s name, which the store receipts do not. Circuit is quoted per organization (not sold in the stores).

How do I pay?

For Club, Season, Championship, or Arena: buy in the iOS or Android app (App Store / Google Play), or buy it here for the price plus GST. Pay on Razorpay, right away or from the order email we send, with any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe) or a card, and your GST tax invoice is emailed automatically. For Circuit: contact us; once we agree a yearly price we email a payment link for it. We unlock plans once payment is confirmed. The Court plan stays free.

Can I get a GST invoice if I buy in the app?

App Store and Google Play purchases come with the store’s receipt, which usually does not carry your organization’s GSTIN. If your school, club, or association needs a GST invoice in its name, request the plan here instead of buying in the app.

Am I only paying for more team slots?

No. Court → Club unlocks the finished-cup toolkit (flyers, WhatsApp, gallery, scoresheet PDF). Season, Championship, and Arena keep that toolkit and size the draw for bigger, multi-category or multi-weekend district cups — one public page and inbox instead of parallel events.

Why not run two smaller events instead of one bigger plan?

Each bigger plan costs less than two of the plan below it. Two events also mean two flyers and two places parents look. Championship, for example, is one event with up to 96 teams — several divisions under one fixture, inbox, and public page, with one standings story for coaches and parents.

What is the Arena plan for?

District-scale cups that run across multiple weekends: up to 128 teams when several categories share one tournament calendar. Same live scoring and public results as Season — sized so a long draw stays in one workspace. Circuit is the yearly conversation if you run that size more than once.

What if I do not fill every team slot?

You still get the full toolkit for that plan. The ₹/team line is only a full-draw yardstick — a Season cup with 30 teams pays the same ₹7,999 + GST as one with 48. Upgrade only when the draw (or the extras you need) outgrows the current plan.

Is this a cut of my entry fees?

No. Plans are a fixed software price. At a full draw that is typically about ₹140–190 per team plus GST — you collect and keep team/player fees off-app.

Can I upgrade after registration opens?

Yes — upgrade in the app (Club–Arena) or write to us with the tournament name for an invoice. On the website you pay only the difference from the plan the event is on; in the app each upgrade has a fixed price that is never more than that. Extra team slots and extras unlock without interrupting live games.

What if the event is postponed or cancelled?

Tell us before tip-off. Unused paid coverage can typically move to a new date for the same organizer. We do not refund participant fees you collected yourself.

Do you take payments from teams?

No. Team, club, and player fees stay between you and participants. We only collect EliteCourt Pro software plan fees (app stores, EliteCourt UPI, or our Razorpay Payment Link). Team rupees never settle on EliteCourt’s Razorpay account.

Which plans include WhatsApp?

Every paid plan: Club, Season, Championship, Arena, and Circuit. Court stays on in-app inbox and email. WhatsApp applies its own terms. Live stream and match film are not in these plans.

How is GST handled?

Prices on this page exclude GST. We add 18% GST when you pay — for Season, ₹7,999 + ₹1,440 GST = ₹9,439. After a Razorpay payment we email a GST tax invoice in your organization’s name, with your GSTIN when you give one. App Store and Google Play show a fixed price with 18% GST included, rounded down to the store’s price steps.

When is Circuit better than paying per event?

If you run many cups in a year on one organization, a Circuit invoice is usually simpler than stacking Arena fees. Share your calendar — we confirm yearly terms with you.

EliteCourt Pro is the software layer. You still run the event.
